We
created a spacious, upstairs, open-plan living/kitchen area to take advantage of the far-reaching sea views across St Austell
Bay and the surrounding countryside. You can decide to take heating from the modern night-storage heater with its built-in
convector heater or settle down by the wood burning stove. A free supply of wood is provided. We provide
a TV, DVD player, CD/ipod docking station, digital radio and WIFI Broadband Internet access. You may also want to
check out the owl-cam located within the purpose- built nest box.

The fully-fitted kitchen has a natural gas cooker, an oven, fridge, dishwasher
and washing machine. There is also a digital radio and microwave oven. Four skylights make for a bright area, even on a dark
day. The dining/living area consists of a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sofas, all on oak flooring. Stairs lead down to two comfortable bedrooms, one double with en-suite, and the other with two single beds. Also on this
level is a separate shower room/wc.
