TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Soundbar, digital radio and WIFI Broadband Internet access, and a Vintage Record Player with a (varied!) selection of 45's ...and a nest box owl-cam currently home to two baby Barn Owls for your evening viewing :-)

Fully-fitted kitchen with natural gas cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. Dining/living area with table, 4 chairs, 2 sofas, all on oak flooring.

 

Stairs down to two comfortable bedrooms; one double with en-suite (toilet, sink and large bath/shower), and the other with two single beds. Adjacent separate shower room/wc.

 

Both bathrooms are electrically heated via underfloor heating and towel rails. 100% cotton towels and bed linen are provided. We can also supply a cot, highchair and buggy if required – please let us know in advance.

Outside is parking for 2 cars, a patio and a grass area facing West to catch those beautiful sunsets. A BBQ is also provided. No smoking permitted. We have a no pets policy except for guide dogs.
