A Tale of Two Coasts


Cornwall has many 'secret' beaches. This one on the South Coast can only be accessed via the sea. Glimpses of it may be seen from the South West Coast Path. A beautiful 5-mile walk in glorious sunshine in the morning, followed by a drive to the North Coast for a surf in the afternoon, to capture the final day of a prolonged period of sun and swell. South Fistral (Newquay) was showing its best side; pumping shoulder/head high sets, sunny, and a nice mellow atmosphere. Am guessing that like me, many others took the afternoon off...
