Big Boat!

Fowey is great for having a mooch. There’s aways something going on, and it’s normally boating related. Here’s an empty China Clay ship coming in to dock and collect the dry clay ready for export. The tug boat was getting ready to turn the boat 180 degrees in the middle of the harbour, so that it can be reverse-docked and loaded, and then leave the port straight out. Our eco converted barns are available all year round for self-catering stays close to Fowey, in a peaceful countryside setting.
